Martinsburg, West Virginia is not a huge city, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles and dozens on dozens of events that the bigger cities provide, but it still has enjoyable celebrations to ring in the new yr. All manner of comedy movies will be screened each Thursday in The Hughes Family Outdoor Theater, able of seating more than a thousand individuals.
